Zeyaratjah Trading established in 1987 in Afghanistan – Herat city. And, in the Year 2000, Zeyaratjah General Trading L.L.C. was established in the U.A.E. Dubai. Our companies which are located in Afghanistan and U.A.E. are active in produce, process, packaging and supplying High Quality and Organic dried fruits, Nuts and Saffron from Afghanistan. We provide our products based on international standards quality and sorting.

Our company processes and exports more than 1000 metric tons annually of high quality Afghanistan dried fruits to the U.A.E and Middle East market. We offer natural and pure products that have special taste and appearance that differentiates our products. We supply our products mainly to the U.A.E., Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait,  Oman,  Turkey, India, USA and Europe.

Our Brand ATLAS which is registered in U.A.E. and GCC is day by day becomes popular in various markets globally. Our main objective is to maintain our customers’ satisfaction.

About Dry Fruits

The fruit shrinks during this process, leaving a small, energy-dense dried fruit. Raisins are the most common type, followed by figs and apricots, mulberry and cherry . Other varieties of dried fruit are also available, sometimes in candied form (sugar coated).

About Saffron

Saffron is the most expensive spice in the world. It’s derived from the dried stigmas of the saffron crocus and has a deep auburn colour and sweet flavour. The stigmas can only be picked by hand and it takes 250,000 stigmas to make just half a kilo of saffron, hence its high price. Fortunately, a little saffron goes a long way.

Saffron, contains minerals, mucilage, fat, wax and aromatic Terpenic Essential oil with a ‎few cineol, such as picroretine, picrocrocine and crocine. There are 10 to 16 percent water, 5 to ‎‎7 percent minerals, a few Gloside, 5 to 8 percent fat and wax, 12 to 13 percent protein with a ‎few essential oil that make Saffron more delightful and produces a stronger smell. ‎ Read More …
